Shipping policy

When will my order ship?
Orders containing the Primal 7 Home/Pro/Plus and/or any Extras are shipped out within 3 - 5 business days. The Primal 7 Station is shipped within 5-7 business days. Apparel orders can take between 2-7 business days to print and ship out.

These estimates are to help you make plans for your delivery. Don’t be surprised if your shipment arrives early, we aim to please!

How many packages should I expect?
To save you money on shipping, we ship items in standard boxes where possible. This means that even if you’ve ordered a bundle, you will receive multiple packages. To keep the shipping carrier honest, double check the number of expected packages below:

Primal 7 Home or Pro - one package
Primal 7 Plus - two packages
Primal 7 Station - three packages

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you have not received a shipment notification email, it may still be possible to cancel your order. Please contact us at info@primal7.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Note: If you simply want to add items to your order, it is best to just place a new order.  We will combine your orders where possible.

What is my tracking number?
You will receive an email notification with your tracking number and order details once your items have shipped. For orders with multiple items and/or those requiring partial shipment, you will receive multiple emails to keep you in the loop as your items go out the door.

Do you ship internationally?
We are more than happy to ship internationally. If your country is not available on the checkout page, we will need to speak with you to ensure an accurate shipping quote. Please email us at info@primal7.com and we will get you squared away in a hurry.
