 WHAT PRIMAL 7 WILL COVER

For a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase

This limited warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials in your new and genuine Primal 7 product purchased through 12 Novem Industries, Inc DBA Primal 7 or an authorized re-seller (collectively “Primal 7”).

At its discretion, Primal 7 will repair, replace or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser of any defective Primal 7 product covered by this limited warranty.

This limited warranty covers the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.


WHAT PRIMAL 7 WILL NOT COVER

The terms of this limited warranty provide the EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY available to you, and will not cover the following

Any problems that result from, or defect caused by, the negligence, abuse, acts or inaction of you or others.

Failure to maintain the product in accordance with instructions furnished with the product or found on our website. Unreasonable use, ordinary wear and tear, accident, neglect, modification or alterations, abuse or misuse of the product, including but not limited to ways described in the set up and use instructions, use of inadequate anchoring, any use as a rope (for example as a climbing or towing device) and/or failure to follow the recommend weight limitations.

Exposure to variations in ambient environmental conditions including but not limited to changes in heat, humidity, or moisture, including water saturation.

Impact damage, indentations, scratches or surface damage, including but not limited to abrasions caused by failure to use, protect or maintain the product properly.

Deterioration or variations in color or marking that are ordinarily expected based on ordinary use or develop over time because of natural processes including but not limited to exposure to sunlight.

Damage caused to products during shipping.

Consequential and Incidental Damages.

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTIES ALLEGED TO ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or of implied warranties. Any implied warranty imposed by operation of law shall be limited to one year or the shortest period allowed by law. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. To know what your legal rights are, consult your local consumer affairs office or your state’s Attorney General.


TO REQUEST ANY WARRANTY SERVICE

PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE OF YOUR CLAIM WITHIN 30 DAYS OF WHEN YOU DISCOVER THE DEFECT to: info@primal7.com

Your email should include PROOF OF PURCHASE and any photos you can provide that clearly show the damage to the product. Once a Customer Service Representative has authenticated your product, you will be contacted with instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to Primal 7. After the product is received, it will be inspected for damage and a Customer Service Representative will contact you within 5 business days to inform you if the product is covered under this limited warranty. If your product is not covered under this limited warranty, it will be sent back to you. Primal 7 will pay the return shipping costs for all products that are covered under this limited warranty. Primal 7 will not assume responsibility for any products received that do not follow the procedures outlined herein.
