I have personal training clients who are older, heavy, injured or have joint replacements. Most have tender and weakened wrists, shoulders, backs and knees. Since the Primal 7 suspension system doesn’t require clients to hold up their body weight in their arms and hands, suddenly key body movements became accessible for the first time in years. Huge smiles appeared. Confidence was restored. Enthusiasm was generated. Hope swelled. Thank you! (p.s. Since I am a plus-sized trainer, I love it for myself for the same reasons. The Primal suspension system has replace my TRX. My knees and shoulders have seen the biggest improvements in range of motion, strength and endurance. Double Thank You!)

I have been looking at this system for a long time before I decided to finally purchase it. I am overweight, I have arthritis in one knee and traumatic arthritis and an ankle so doing squats or anything on the floor I really haven’t been able to do. But with primal 7, I am able to make the modifications necessary to see the results that I want to see and continue to be successful in building muscle and losing fat!! If you have any limitations, injuries or if you just have the usual where in tear on your body that happens with age this will get you back in the game with zero pain!

I'm 50, have Rheumatoid Arthritis and haven't been able to do any kind of workout for a long time. From the first day I was able to do a few of every exercise without any pain in my joints. I can't wait to see how I'm able to progress. Thank you.

As an obese person with bad knees and an active past, I had been looking for a way to workout from home (thanks COVID-19) that is easy on my knees. I love being able to do squats and have the support I need while moving like I used to.

The Primal 7 system is well built and much heavier than a previous system I had on a door. I love the instruction manuals and support videos on YouTube. There are great videos emphasizing stretching, strength and flexibility. The downsides were that this system does not stay attached to the door if you had to use that door often because of its weight. It must be attached prior to each use; second, I found my straps didn’t “lock” into place well for some of the exercises. They slipped and proved a bit frustrating at first.
Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that you've had issues with the straps. It's no fun to get a new thing that doesn't work as expected. Please give us a call and we can walk you through setup. If there are any defects, we'd be happy to replace them for you immediately.
