How do I install the pull up bar?
Primal 7 is the only suspension system that includes an elastic band to support you through the movement. This improves form, increases range of motion, alleviates pain, and empowers you to succeeed from the start.
How do I hang my Primal 7 on the bar?
Simply choose the band that matches your weight range. If you are close to the cutoff, we recommend choosing the lower band. If you choose a thicker band, you may not get the amount of stretch you need.
Where can I install the pull up bar?
If your door shuts completely, closes torwards you, and has no major gaps at the top — it’s a great candidate. A doorframe is one of the most reinforced parts of any home or apartment. If you need any help, give us a call.
